CULINARY - EXECUTIVE CHEF
Meet Denny Hernandez, the Executive Chef at Willie G’s Seafood and Steakhouse in Galveston. Hernandez has been with Landry’s since 1991 when he started as a line cook for Landry’s Seafood House at age 17. He then rose through the ranks becoming a kitchen supervisor and a culinary graduate of Galveston College. In 1997, Hernandez came to Willie G’s Seafood and Steakhouse where he has been creating upscale dishes ever since. With over 30 years of fine dining experience, Hernandez still enjoys putting a smile on every guest’s face.

Meet Shannon Stripling, the Special Events Manager at Willie G’s Seafood and Steakhouse in Galveston. Stripling has been with Landry’s for an impressive 20 years, where she uses her expertise to plan showstopping events for every occasion. She manages multiple
venues on Galveston Island and boasts a vast portfolio of dazzling venues to make your event unforgettable. With her keen eye for
detail and decades of valuable experience, Stripling makes your
